Project Manager/ Technical Superintendent: 
 
 Our client, a family run boatyard, is looking for a Technical Superintendent/Project Manager.  The company prides itself on a personal and flexible service as they cater for a variety of vessels. The role is based in Ireland.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
 

• The role involves working with the client and translating their requirement to clearly defined deliverables.
• You will manage and lead a team of mechanical & electrical design engineers, structural engineers, manufacturing engineers and system architects.
• You will support functions of procurement, quality and finance in delivering the project. 

 
Essential Requirements
 

• Technical Degree (or equivalent) – Mechanical, Structural, Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience of having delivered projects for clients through all the lifecycle stages, from design concept stage through to project delivery.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Previous experience in shipyards/drydocks.
