Our client, a leader in providing software solutions to the maritime industry, is looking for a Strategic Account Manager to join their team.  In this role, you will leverage your understanding of day-to-day maritime operations to identify potential business opportunities for our client.  You will spend your time developing both new business opportunities as well as working with their existing customer base.  We are looking for someone with the following:
  • University degree, maritime academy preferred
  • Extensive network of contacts in the cruise industry ideal
  • Thorough knowledge of day to day operational issues/concerns that your customers face, knowledge of cruise operations deck/engine experience strongly preferred
  • Previous sales experience, selling software or other consultative products preferred
  • Comfortable making sales presentations to CTO's, CIO's, and marine technical personal, must be able to explain the value proposition of the suite of products
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States, no sponsorship or visa requirements at this time
