Branch Manager to lead dynamic service and sales team in Miami, Florida.

Daily Challenges & Responsibilities:

  • Monitor financial performance, plan and implement necessary corrective actions to achieve and exceed budget
  • Develop a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization
  • Using performance management as a discipline, coach individuals to make greater contributions to the success of the business unit
  • Lead organizational development, realignment and planning
  • Lead workforce planning and employee development
  • Provide a supportive role for the service and new equipment sales business 
  • Insure all departments and staff function within company safety guidelines and insure all work is done in a safe manner
  • Develop annual budgets, forecasts and capital expense needs with stakeholders for the direct business responsibilities and take a collaborative role with service sales
  • Partner with leadership of the company to further develop processes, tools, key indicators, staff development and safety efforts for continuous improvement of our entire organization
  • Develop key initiatives, objectives and goals each year and implement as required to achieve these

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements
  • Bi-lingual in English and Spanish
  • Working knowledge of operational budgets, forecasting and key metrics
  • Ability to delegate responsibilities and provide leadership and training to key personnel
  • Possession of key competencies, including conflict management, business negotiation, and organizational decision-making
  • Strong communication including verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and team building skills
  • Ability to conduct basic market and local industry analysis
  • Ability to sell and convey brand value to customers
  • Time management, prioritization and planning skills
  • BA or BS degree with proven working experience in Operations and Business Management or a relevant role for 5+ years
  • Experience with the marine industry, especially the cruise and ferry segments
  • Proficiency with MS Office products and customer relationship software
  • Ability to travel up to 20% to support customer account management/relationships
